We organised everything needed to make this launch a staggering success online, from organising and directing photoshoots, video direction, model search to project management, to create captivating webpages, social media posts and stories, as well as digital ads.

Having an online shop is one thing, having an online shop that is convenient to use and set up for conversion is another. We made sure Janine’s online shops weren’t only pretty to look at, but that they were easy to navigate and brought in sales.
We created, linked and synced both her Facebook and Instagram shops to allow her to effortlessly sell directly from either account; as well as tag her one-of-kind bling in her posts and stories, and turn her business’s social media pages into eye-catching shoppable storefronts too.

As soon as a client abandons a cart and doesn’t proceed with payment, we send a series of three automated abandon cart emails over a period of three days. The reality is — carts aren’t only being abandoned due to minds being changed. More often than not it’s simply due to a doorbell ringing or a toddler deciding to draw on the wall.
Our abandon cart emails provide customers with a second opportunity to shop their already packed cart. If a customer hasn’t made a purchase by the third email, we send one mail containing suggested items to see if a customer may potentially be interested in something else.
